RadControls for WinForms 版本更新 Q1 2010 (更新日期：6/8/2010)

Q1'10 continues to follow our trend of enhancing the presentation and productivity capabilities of the WinForms suite so as to effortlessly deliver dashing line-of-business applications. The highlight of the latest release is the introduction of a completely reengineered Visual Style Builder – Telerik’s UI customization tool that ensures uniform and completely customizable styling. It helps in delivering impeccable look-and-feel to your applications without spending long hours drilling in code. Among the controls improvements is a new Timeline feature in RadScheduler adding even more flexible view options.

In addition, RadControls provide support for the latest Visual Studio 2010 and introduce a Visual Studio integration package to significantly improve developers’ productivity when starting, updating or configuring WinForms projects in Visual Studio.

Among the highlights of the release are:

  • Visual Style Builder
    The Q1 2010 release of WinForms introduces an updated version of Telerik’s skin customization tool – the Visual Style Builder. The new version of the Visual Style Builder for WinForms aims at dramatically reducing the time needed for creating and applying themes across RadControls. It offers codeless style creation and drag-and-drop styling, without the need to know the essentials of Telerik RadControls for WinForms. It features a new Style Repository, which saves your styles and enables you to reuse them on other controls
  • Visual Studio 2010 Support
    Since our development plans are aligned with Microsoft Visual Studio release schedule, RadControls for WinForms provide support for the latest Visual Studio 2010. 
  • Visual Studio Extensions
    With Q1 2010 Telerik introduces Visual Studio Extensions for RadControls for WinForms. The Extensions can easily be accessed through the Telerik Menu in Visual Studio, automatically create, upgrade and configure your RadControls projects in seconds, and minimize learning for new users.
  • Project Upgrade Utility has been enhanced with new UI, and now supports upgrading multiple projects at once.
  • RadScheduler
    In Q1 2010 RadScheduler’s functionality has been improved with a Timeline view, displaying appointments in horizontal timeslots. It features selection, resizing, drag-and-drop, keyboard navigation, resource grouping capabilities.
